1000 Idea Challenge:
I created challenge for myself to train my idea muscle. For the next 100 weeks every Sunday, I will look deep into one business and come up with 10 actionable ideas, that I would love to know or do as that business owner.
Pipedrive is the first company I started to investigate. I brainstormed a lot of ideas, but as I looked deeper, I saw, these ideas were already implemented.
Though there is ALWAYS room for improvement, then in some cases like Pipedrive, where everything is so well organized, the ideas are somewhat harder to find.
Usually, with Start-Ups, there is so much room for development that it takes 10 seconds to come up with 10 ideas. With Pipedrive it took waaaaaaaaaay longer than I expected.
Well, every new thing needs to get used to and I loved it.
It was so enjoyable to learn how awesome Pipedrive is and how much the employees love to work there. Working for Pipedrive is comparable to working for Google and Facebook.
Plus, while looking into Pipedrive, I came up with 20 ideas how to improve my own business.

Both, the introductory video and voice over were great. The only thing missing was a human connection.
Pipedrive has a very very good website that serves it’s purpose very well. Currently, if I think about Pipedrive, then the only face I can connect it to, is your affiliate Paul Minors on Youtube.
And he only uses his face on thumbnails, not in videos.
Actionable Solution:
Discuss with PR Team what would be ideal:
A. Make the CEO or an owner as the face of Pipedrive.
B. Hire a good storyteller, to be the face of Pipedrive.
C. Make the whole Team as the face of Pipedrive.
Or maybe staying a corporation without any face is the ideal for your long term vision. (I’m not aware of your vision)

I combined sales and production management into Pipedrive pipeline. I was easily able to inform clients about delivery time, help the production manager understand the bottlenecks, and inform the CEO about the cash flow.

Based on different human mindset types, not everybody is able to make connections on how Pipedrive can be helpful in their company.

Currently, there seem to be only written testimonials, which are better than nothing, but they are boring to read and tell just the bare minimum.
Good thing is, that you have pictures next to the testimonials, which makes it feel more authentic and subconsciously trustworthy.
